It's really a simple vision, and a vision that maybe, with a lot of fear behind it, is morphing into a mission. Fear, because this requires putting my voice out there. But anything worth doing comes with some level of fear...right? 

The vision: Make everyone understand that THEIR JOB MATTERS! Yes, YOUR JOB MATTERS! But more than just me putting it out into the universe as words on a page, I want to begin the culture shift to happen so everyone can inherently say to themselves MY JOB MATTERS! 

It might seem like an ambitious mission, a far stretched vision, but if we (and we being the majority of the population) spend approximately one third of our lives working. I don't know about you, but I would want to look at one third of my life as having a purpose, doing it with enjoyment, and appreciating that it really does serve the whole. 

So, the mission...create a space for you to feel your appreciated, maybe begin your mindset shift, hopefully lift up your day, and begin to change the narrative for the next generation. That work, all work, is important, valued and necessary. Any job, comes with heroism, changes a life, maybe you just have to change the perspective. 

So, with this I set the vision and mission in motion.
